Written scope and fixed quote
You get the scope, the price band in AUD and the delivery date in writing.
You get: no hourly surprises, and a document you can hold us to. -
Design
The look and the words are designed and shown to you before a line of the build is written.
You get: you approve the web site on screen, not after it is built. -
Build
The site is built by hand and delivered to you in weekly slices you can open and click.
You get: progress you can see every week, not a black box. -
Your business system
The back office is customised to your business and connected to the site.
You get: one system that runs the daily work. -
Your sister apps
Desktop and tablet sister apps are built and delivered for your team.
You get: your team works on the screens they already have. -
Launch and care
Domain, HTTPS and hosting go live, your team is trained, and we stay to look after it.
You get: a site in production and somebody to call.

Business — 8 to 14 weeks
Total System — 16 weeks and up

What we need from you.
A short list, and none of it technical.
- One decision-maker. One person who can say yes.
- Your content: text, logo, photographs, product or service information.
- Access or permission for your domain, and any system the site must talk to.
- About two hours a week during the build, for review and feedback.
- Honesty about your business. The system is only as good as what we are told.
